Cannes Film Festival 2008

The Cannes Film Festival is a major annual film festival held in the South of France and one of the "Big 5" Film Festivals in the world. Founded in 1946, the film previews films of all genres from around the world and awards the prestigious Palme d'Or for the best film of each year.

This gorgeous poster is from the 2008 festival and features graphic design by Pierre Collier and photograph by the great David Lynch. The woman depicted is a typical Lynch figure with blonde hair and red lips almost resembling Marilyn Monroe. The Palme d'Or was awarded to "The Class" by Laurent Cantet.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed.
