With artwork from the great poster designer and illustrator Stan Galli, this stunning and rare poster from 1950 promotes United Airlines routes to Southern California. Depicting a woman enjoying the sun and the breeze at the beach.
The third largest Airline in the world and continuing strong to this day, United Airlines was formed in the late 1920s as an amalgamation of a number of smaller airlines. This piece is in mint condition and is a wonderful piece of aviation and advertising history, perhaps the rarest and most sought after of United & Galli's collaborations. This piece has been backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.

The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
