Featuring David Hockney's 1975 "Detail of Bedlam" from the set created for the scene in the Igor Stravinsky opera "The Rake's Progress", this poster was created in 1982 for the San Francisco Opera Summer Festival Season. Hockney's set design for the opera was one of the most significant of the 20th century.
This beautiful and rare poster is hand signed by the artist David Hockney in the bottom right corner and is in mint condition.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
