The only horror film to win "Best Picture" and the third and most recent film to win all of the "Big 5" Academy Awards, "The Silence of the Lambs" was released in 1991 to great critical and commercial success. Featuring Jodie Foster and of course Anthony Hopkins in perhaps his most iconic role as Hannibal Lecter, the films success launched 3 further films in the series.

Featuring the iconic moth artwork designed by Dawn Baillie, this poster is from the original pre-release promotion of the film in 1991. The poster is double sided, created for display in cinema light boxes and is in mint condition.
