The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (French)

Written and directed by the great Jacques Demy, the French New Wave musical classic "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg", or "Les Parapluies de Cherbourg" was released in 1964 to great acclaim. Winning the Palm d'Or at the 1964 Cannes Film Festival, the film was also nominated for 5 Academy Awards. 

This wonderful poster with design by Chica is from the original release of the film in France and is in fantastic condition.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.

International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size.
