Martini - Andy Warhol

Designed by the legendary Andy Warhol in 1958, this poster for "Martini" depicts a stylised glass with ice reading "Sweetest thing on the rocks!". Beginning in the mid-19^th Century in Italy, Martini & Rosso has become a multi-national beverage brand. 

The leading figure in the pop art movement, Andy Warhol's work continues to pose questions about the line between art, advertising, celebrity. This piece, printed on heavy stock paper with metallic silver features, is from the 2001 edition for the Martini Art Gallery and is backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come. 

Framing Options

Framed posters come with a timeless made to measure custom frame available in black, white or natural oak colour. Each frame is made from high quality solid oak and the artwork is available to be framed with or without a surrounding white mount to make the poster stand out even more. Our frames are custom built to order in our UK workshop, and so we work to 7-14 working days lead time for dispatch. Please note that due to their custom nature, frames are non-refundable with the exception of if they are damaged or incorrect. The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.

International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size.
