Conceived as a documentary following the final weeks of The Rolling Stones' 1969 USA Tour, "Gimme Shelter" culminates with the Altamont Free Concert. Featuring classic performances of iconic songs such as "Jumpin' Jack Flash", "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction", and the title song, this is an all-time great music documentary.
With the tagline at the top of the poster reading "The music that thrilled the world... And the killing that stunned it!" the climax Altamont show was a disaster after the Hells Angels were hired as security.
This beautiful and vibrant rare US One-Sheet poster is from the original release of the film in 1970 and is in fantastic condition.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
