This poster is for the Venice-Simplon-Orient Express 1981 promotion. The Venice Simplon-Orient-Express is a private luxury train service from London to Venice and other European cities. This first edition travel poster beautifully painted by Fix Masseau is a fantastic piece of art deco travel history.
Printed in France, the poster features some of the landmarks you will see on the exclusive journey. Printed on thick art stock paper, this piece is in great condition overall.

Please note that due to their custom nature, frames are non-refundable with the exception of if they are damaged or incorrect. The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
