This poster is for the 1983 America's Cup. The legendary race saw the Royal Perth Yacht Club end the New York Yacht Club "Liberty's" 132 year winning streak, the longest in sport.
The wonderful design depicts a boat racing in the rough waters passing by the iconic Statue of Liberty in New York City, and was created by noted Italian poster artist Ugo Nespolo, best known for his works with the likes of Campari. This poster is in mint condition and is backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.
Framing Options

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
