Cannes Film Festival 1996 - Un Certain Regard

"Un Certain Regard" or "A Certain Glance" is an award section of the Cannes Film Festival and has been awarded since 1978. Run parallel to the Palm d'Or, the award recognises unusual and non-traditional films.
