The 1982 French Open was a tennis tournament that took place on the outdoor clay courts at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France. The tournament was held from late May until early June. It was the 86th staging of the French Open, and the first Grand Slam tennis event of 1982. Mats Wilander and Martina Navratilova won the men's and women's singles respectively.
Roland Garros is well known for its stunning posters for each event, hiring notable artists to compose the artworks. This edition was created by Belgian artist Jean-Michel Folon, best known for his painting and illustration work. This piece is in mint condition and backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
