New York - Western Air Lines

This beautiful and vibrant piece was created in 1979 to advertise Western Airlines routes to New York City. Featuring wonderful artwork from Elles Cas, the poster depicts the Statue of Liberty overlooking the New York skyline, with a Chorus Line dancing across the centre. Western Airlines was a major U.S airline from 1926 until 1987 when it merged with Delta Air Lines.

This wonderful piece is in mint condition and backed on museum quality linen to ensure its conservation for the decades to come.
